Booking and Payment Terms

• Full payment must be received before ticket issuance or reservation confirmation.
• Additional taxes, surcharges, or service fees may apply as per airline or government policy.
• Any pricing errors or system issues may lead to booking cancellation and refund notification.

Cancellations, Modifications & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are governed by airline and supplier rules. Some tickets may be non-refundable or carry penalties. Bestripnow may apply an additional processing fee for handling cancellations or modifications.

• Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7–14 business days after confirmation.
• All refund claims must be submitted within 21 days after the intended travel date.
• Changes to travel dates may incur airline and service fees based on availability.

Traveler Responsibilities

• Verify all personal and travel details before confirming your booking.
• Carry valid identification, passports, and visas for your destination.
• Comply with airline, customs, and local travel regulations.
• Arrive at the airport with sufficient time for check-in and security procedures.

Bestripnow will not be responsible for denied boarding, missed flights, or visa rejections due to incorrect documentation.

Service Limitations and Liability

Bestripnow acts only as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. We are not responsible for acts, errors, or omissions of airlines, hotels, or other third parties. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your booking.

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, weather conditions, strikes, or events beyond our control.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to misuse this website or engage in the following prohibited activities:

• Using automated systems (bots or scrapers) to access or extract data.
• Reselling or redistributing any travel services without authorization.
• Uploading harmful or unlawful material to the website.
• Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities.

Taxes, Fees & Additional Charges

Your fare includes government taxes and applicable airline fees. Additional costs such as baggage, airport entry/exit fees, or seat selection charges may apply and are the traveler’s responsibility.

Service and handling fees may apply for online or phone bookings. Charges vary for domestic and international reservations.

Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve disputes amicably. In the event of an unresolved issue, claims may be settled through mediation or in a small claims court within the state of New Hampshire, USA. Class-action lawsuits are not permitted.

Force Majeure

Bestripnow shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, government actions, or technical failures.
